Supervision of Loading / Discharging (Quantity and Quality Survey)

It is important to determine whether the imported or the exported goods will be in accordance with the quantity, quality and quality agreed upon. It is also important to determine the extent to which the cargo adheres to logging, packing, loading, hauling, delivery times, and other provisions. The organization that provides surveillance and surveillance services in the international arena oversees loading operations with experienced, trained personnel and prepares reports after technical checkups. The services provided in this way are called loading control and evacuation. The organization that provides the surveillance and surveillance services checks, verifies, and oversees all processes, including appropriateness assessment, pre-delivery control, final delivery and control control, within the scope of relevant corporate and project demands.

Ship’s supervision and Clealines InspectionS

The cleaning tank is done to prevent the ongoing sludge buildup and the phase before docking is undertaken. In this case the good and proper cleaning tank activity is required to be clean and free of gas before receiving an oil load that will be loaded. All this activity is not without the skill and skill of the crew on board. With good preparation prior to the cleaning tank removal instructions, it is expected that the operation goes well and smoothly.

Flexi  Tanks / Tanks Truck Inspection

Flexitank, known as flexibag, is one kind soft, high-strenght, light-weight single-use large bladders with valves. It is designed to fit inside general purpose freight standard 20 foot ISO container. Flexitank logistics is for the bulk transportation of non-hazardous liquids that are not classified of regulated as dangerous goods.

Tanks Truck Inspection, All cargo tanks are required to be inspected and tested before they can be filled with anything and transported. Tank testing includes an internal and external visual inspection and test, a lining inspection, a pressure test, a leakage test, and thickness test. The procedures for the tests are federally regulated.

Shore / Ship’s Line Inspection

Ships carrying HNS are regularly inspected to ensure that they comply with international maritime safety and enviromental protection regulations. This control may be conducted by the Flag State the country in which the ship is registered, or by the Port State when the ship is in, an foreign port.

Volumetrick Calculation (on shore tanks / ship tanks)

As the volume changes with temperature, this cannot be the measure of how much cargo we have loaded or discharged. We need to convert the volumes to the weight of the cargo in each tank. We need the density of the cargo to convert the volume of cargo to the weight. And as the density also changes with the temperature, we would need the density of the cargo at the cargo temperature to convert the observed volume to weight . If that was not enough, humans on this planet earth have managed to confuse it futher. Volumes are measured in cubic meters at some places and barrels (like in the US) in other. Weight is measured in Metric tons at some places and in long tons at other places and barrels at 60 deg F at other places. Densities are measured as Density in t/m3 at some places and API or spesific gravity at other places.

Sampling & Analysis

Sampling and analytical results do not always guarantee 100% accurate results, as these depend heavily on human input and this may introduce human error inaccuracies. Sampling from a single spot is generally less likely to be representative of the main body of the dry bulk than a gross sample, which is a mixture of multiple spot samples. When errors like these occur during sampling and analysis performed by other parties, RC Inspection is nominated to perform umpire analysis. For these samples also count that the analytical results will be unreliable when sampling and/or sample preparation has not been performed accurately at load-port and/or at disport. All requested analysis are carried out in.

Loss, Shortage and Damaged Cargo

A loss claim is a worst-case scenario because it means your entire shipment was lost by your carrier. This most commonly happens when shipment paperwork is separated from its freight. When this occurs, your carrier typically has a week to attempt to locate your freight. If they can’t find it, you won’t be charged for shipping. If your shipment show up with a shortage and your cosignee notates it on your POD, you can file sgortage claim. This can happen if packaging is not intact and freight is cleary missing. It can also happen if the amount of freight delivered doesn’t match what’s printed on your bill of lading (BOL). The most common reasons for cargo damage are water damage, impacts that the container took, and damages due to improrer lashing and stuffing. Watr damage may occur due to the below reasons : Codensation inside a container, especially if the container is being stuffed at high humidity temperatures.

Gas Free Inspection

It is a rigorous examination or monitoring of all physical parameters, such as the standard content of oxygen and gas (Lower Explosion Limit Test), dew point, pressure/temperature and temperature that ensure the inspection of the enviroment or sealed rooms has been cleaned and released from the hazardous gas content of the required specifications.
